Season 1 — Online Audition Disclosure & Consent

I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age and understand that Season 1 of Talents Unlocked is intended for eligible Florida residents.

I understand that the competition accepts auditions in singing, rapping, and songwriting. Songwriters must perform their original work or arrange for a performer to present it, subject to the official audition requirements.

I understand that submitting an audition does not guarantee selection. A total of 20 contestants will be selected from the submitted auditions.

I understand that Talents Unlocked was created to recognize musical talent and provide opportunities for individuals whose past circumstances may have limited their opportunities.

I understand that the competition’s stated objective is to evaluate contestants based on their God-given musical talent, performance, creativity, and the published judging criteria—not to judge them for their criminal history.

I agree to participate respectfully and follow the official competition rules.

I authorize the Talents Unlocked team to receive, review, and evaluate the audition materials I submit for the purpose of determining eligibility and selecting contestants.

I understand that permission to review my audition does not automatically grant permission to publish it publicly, use it in advertising, or license my original music.

Any additional permission required for public use, promotional use, or filming will be addressed in the applicable release.

I confirm that I have disclosed whether my audition contains original music, lyrics, beats, samples, cover songs, or other material owned or controlled by another person.

I understand that I must have the necessary permissions for any third-party material used in my submission.

Submitting my audition does not, by itself, transfer ownership of my original music to Talents Unlocked.

Any additional music license or ownership agreement must be separately documented.

I understand that the announced winner’s package includes a $10,000 cash prize and additional music-development opportunities, subject to the final official rules and applicable written agreements.

Additional opportunities may include studio time, artist development, music promotion, nationwide exposure, and an opportunity to co-star in the reality series Life After the Label.

I understand that opportunities to be signed by a major music label are not guaranteed.

The final official rules and applicable agreements will govern the award and delivery of the prize package.

By submitting this application, I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
