Purpose
To showcase contestants’ musical talents and provide promotional exposure through the official Talents Unlocked social media pages.

1. PERMISSION TO FEATURE ME

I voluntarily grant Talents Unlocked permission to feature my approved promotional materials on its official Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages.

This permission may include the use of my:

  • Legal name or artist/stage name.
  • Approved photographs and artist profile.
  • Audition clips and musical performances.
  • Approved audio recordings.
  • Artist biography and musical accomplishments.
  • Approved interviews or statements about my music.

2. PURPOSE OF PUBLICATION

I understand that my approved content may be used to:

  • Introduce me to the Talents Unlocked audience.
  • Showcase my musical abilities.
  • Promote my participation in the competition.
  • Help increase public awareness of my music and artist identity.
  • Promote the Talents Unlocked mission of creating opportunities and supporting second chances.

3. PUBLIC POSTING & SHARING

I understand that content published on social media may be viewed, shared, reposted, downloaded, or commented on by members of the public.

Talents Unlocked cannot guarantee that third parties will not copy or redistribute publicly available content.

4. MUSIC OWNERSHIP

I retain ownership of my original music, lyrics, and compositions, subject to any rights belonging to collaborators or other rights holders.

This consent does not grant Talents Unlocked ownership of my music.
